An order is manufactured within 30-35 days and shipped according to your wish. If you do require the product urgently we can get it dispatched by air. Credit is not extended without prior approval. Goods remain the property of Far Pavilion Tents until paid in full. Far Pavilion Tents reserves the right to refuse to fill your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product and product descriptions posted on our web site or in our printed literature. By placing your order, you agree that Far Pavilion Tents' total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Far Pavilion Tents for the product giving rise to Far Pavilion Tents' liability.
Customers should specify their preferred shipping carrier. If not specified, our manufacturing facility will appoint a carrier without assuming responsibility for delivery time or charges. Merchandise which is not sold under a Free Shipping promotion, is usually shipped freight collect. C.O.D. shipments must be paid subject to our terms regardless of method of transportation. Far Pavilion Tents is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. Clients should make claims for damage or shortages to the delivering carrier.
Far Pavilion Tents are not responsible for normal wear and tear or for damages caused by shipping, accidents, misuse, alterations, or improper installation. Although all products sold by Far Pavilion Tents are made to the highest standards in the event industry, we are not responsible for the negative effects of climate, pollution, acts of God (Force Majeure events) and long or semi-permanent installations. Because tents are temporary structures by nature, it is the customer's responsibility to protect their tent(s) against the effects of weather, vandalism, falling debris and other environmental or foreign agents.
Please note that Import Duties, Receiving Agent's charges and VAT thereon are not included in Far Pavilion quoted tent prices and are the responsibility of the client to pay and are applicable unless signed certificates of exemption are furnished and approved. All disputes or differences whatsoever shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of ACAS and the award made to pursuance thereof shall be binding on both of us.
